Olt ONot it (@) None of the segments of the 7-segment LED is lit. Ifthe system cannot be started up Troubleshooting procedure 1: Replace the transformer unit 2: Replace the fiat cable between the transformer unit and BP. 3: Replace the CPU module. The power supply is operating normally (b) The 7-segment LED indicates "1" Troubleshooting procedure 1: Check the voltage selection switch setting on the transformer unit. 2: Check the power input. 3: Replace the transformer unit. If the battery is not fully discharged, the system is restarted. When the power supply is restored to the system normally, the 7-segment LED returns to the status in (a). ‘Abnormal AC input: The AC input is defective (line voltage drop, momentary power failure, etc ) If the voltage selection switch on the transformer unit is set correctly and the AC input is normal, the transformer unit is faulty. 73 No. 2D730-513EN (©) The 7-segment LED indicates “3° Troubleshooting procedure 1: Check the cable between the PSA and the transformer unit. 2: Check the analog boards (TI, RX, CB, and RC) and replace the faulty one. 3: Replace the PSA. 4; Replace the transformer unit. 5 ° PSA module overcurrent: The analog board TI, RX, CB, or RC is faulty. Ifthe system does not recover from the error status even after the analog board is replaced, the PSA is faulty. Ifthe error persists even after the PSA is replaced, the transformer unit is faulty. * The circuit breaker on the rear of the system must be turned OFF and then ON again to restart the system. (@)_ The 7-segment LED indicates "4" Troubleshooting procedure 4: Clean the intake air fter. 2: Check the cable connection between the PSA and the transformer unit. 3: Replace the PSA. 4: Replace the transformer unit. ‘This error may occur when the PSA module detects instantaneous shutoff of AC input. GB PSA module abnormality: PSA internal failure Ifthe system does not recover from the error status even after the PSA is replaced, the transformer unit is faulty. * The circuit breaker on the rear of the system must be turned OFF and then ON again to restart the system. 74
