Dear Parent,

Greetings!
We would be issuing the textbooks according to the schedule mentioned. Request you to adhere to
our process of distribution.
 Only one parent/authorised representative will be permitted to collect the material.
Children are not allowed to enter the school premises.
 Please note that you will have to adhere to all norms on personal safety (Masks/Gloves)
and social distancing.
 You are requested to enter via Gate 3 and exit through Gate 4(Front of KG block) only.
Please follow directions from the gate to the collection point. At the point of entry &
collection point you may be subjected to delays for temperature monitoring and questions
related to personal safety and identity verification.
 Kindly produce receipt towards payment of fee and collect textbooks of your ward on days
and time specified below.
 Please carry a heavy duty large bag for the material.
 Please ensure that Arogya Setu App is available on your Mobile and your health updates are
available to the school authorities if sought.
It is advised that the parent reach the school on a motorized vehicle during the prescribed time only.
No other requests will be entertained.
