NOTICE
Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO), has filed a Tariff Petition before the Hon’ble
Commission under Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and GERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2016
for True-Up of FY 2019-20 and (Addendum petition to the original petition) for Determination of ARR and
Tariff for FY 2021-22 (Case No: 1909 of 2020) in accordance with the GERC ‘Conduct of Business’
Regulations, 2004. GETCO propose transmission tariff for FY 2021-22 after taking into account revenue
gap of FY 2019-20 as under:

Pursuant to GERC (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2016, it is hereby notified that the persons who are
interested in filing their objections/ suggestions to the above petition may file the same with The Secretary,
Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission, 6th Floor, GIFT One, Road 5c, Zone 5, Gift City,
Gandhinagar - 382355 with the documents in five sets, duly supported by an affidavit on or before
12.02.2021 and also indicate whether they want to be heard in person. One copy of such submission is
required to be sent at the below mentioned address.

Further, the tariff petition together with supporting material will be available for sale at Rs. 140/- (Rs. One
Hundred Forty only) to the interested persons at the office of the General Manager (Finance & Accounts),
Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, 9th Floor, Sardar Patel Vidyut Bhavan, Race
Course, Vadodara – 390007 and at respective Transmission Zonal/ Circle Office. For obtaining the copy of
the petition by post, postage fee @ Rs. 50/- (Rs. Fifty only) will be payable extra. The total amount in such
event is to be sent by Demand Draft payable in favour of Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Ltd.,
Vadodara.
