After perusing the relevant sanction letter and the loan documents, herein above mentioned in
respect of the said facility, sanctioned to M/s. KSA Timber Mart as per sanction letter mentioned
above following are the observations with suggested compliance.

i) The documents are in terms of the loan sanction advice and banks manual of

documents..

ii) The documents are properly dated and properly executed by the borrower and are

sustainable in law for enforcement of Bank securities for realisation of its dues

before court of law.

iii) The list of documents obtained by the Branch is complete. There are no errors and

omissions and they are valid and enforceable by law.

We have checked the compliance to above referred queries/suggestions and now certify that:-
