CABAN ENERGY SYSTEMS VISIT

The endure System Cabinet is an energy solution for hybrid or solo sites, it can store up to 60
kW of energy, it encloses energy storage, controller which regulates the energy to the load or
batteries, rectifiers, and communication system

The solution chosen by Golden is the Enduro Duo cabinet due to the energy needs of the
remote areas from Colombia, is the most robust solution

The cabinets were modified to accomplish RETIE regulations

Important installation tips:

 The antenna should be isolated from electrical earth; it should be installed on an

insulating cover. For instance, the antenna should be in a PVC cover
 When swapping the Sim card, remember to switch off the ISR, if not it can be short
circuited, and controller may be damaged
 Paint on every hole of the structure with thin galvanized spray

Switching on protocol

- Insert Sim Card when everything is off

- Connect DC inputs
- Connect AC inputs
- Switch on Batteries, press the on button on each of them.
- Switch on Controller pressing 10 seconds the main battery
- Switch on MPPT Protections
- Check on the Teraterm controller and battery status
RECOMENDACIONES DE PUESTA A TIERRA

- Dejar un punto de malla de tierra cerca al gabinete Caban, para aterrizar

estructura

- Preferiblemente usar soldadura exotérmica para aterrizar el gabinete o

terminal de ojo, o de compresión

comisionamiento para asegurar la telemetría de los datos y control de los
equipos por medio del ICR
Programming and codding the batteries and controller

Before starting any solution, please follow the manual called “Commissioning &
Troubleshooting - Hardware and Software Requirements”. Basically, every software in
the folder “programs” should be installed.
