Read the text answer questions !

In the United States, there are different kinds of retail stores. One of them is the catalogue stores which have become popular
with U.S consumers.
In these stores, shoppers select the items they wish to buy from large catalogues. The catalogues are filled with photograph and
descriptions of all the different merchandise.
Fill out an order form with the name of item, the item number from the catalogue, the price and their names and addresses.
If they are interested in purchasing an item, they need to follow this simple procedure.
Go to a counter to find the store’s catalogue.
Look in catalogue to find the exact item they wish to buy.
If the item is available, the stock room sends it on a conveyor belt to the pick up counter. When the item arrives at the pick up
counter, the costumer’s name is called and the costumer pays for the item.
The whole procedure usually takes more time, around ten to twenty minutes. If the item isn’t available, the sales person
usually check the store’s computer and find out when it will be in stock again.
After completing the form, give it to a sales person who checks to see if the item is in stock.
