Ware Washing ‘A double sink is recommended for washing and rinsing. Pre-clean and rinse articles to be washed, and immerse into the first sink containing GENEX PLUS mn. Use a sponge or suitable cloth to loosen soil and dirt. Re-immerse into GENEX PLUS solution. Remove from the first sink and rinse with potable water. Finally, for sanitizing step, submerge previously cleaned atticles into the second sink containing rinse water (min. temp 65°C) or sanitizer solution. Remove to air-dry before storage. Consult alpro representative for mote information on sanitizing procedures. Soiled Floor Cleaning Fill bucket with GENEX PLUS solution. Using a mop, submerge into GENEX PLUS solution, and spread evenly across the floor. Wet mopping to loosen dir. Rinse floor thoroughly with potable water. Equipment Cleaning : Fill GENEX PLUS solution into a small bucket, Immerse sponge, cloth or brush into GENEX PLUS solution, and spread onto soiled surfaces. Apply appropriate circular scrubbing technique to loosen soil and dirt. Rinse all leaned surface thoroughly with potable water.
