FRP Mobile Platform trolley Ladder has been designed, developed & manufactured (customized) for loading and strapping of CRM/HSM
coils on the Rail wagons and Trailers (no barricading provided one side because trolley is being fixed beside the trailer) .
There is opening at both sides of trailers & wagons so the workmen engaged in the job of loading & strapping of the coils were
unsafe as there was risk of falling down from trailer or wagon .
The size &design of the trolley can be modified according to the specific activity or job requirement.
It is Light weight, shock proof, easily movable ( wheels with brakes fitted in the bottom), corrosion resistant, low thermal
conductivity high strength (as good as steel) . FRP is an inorganic material and will not burn or support combustion. It retains
approximately 25% of its initial strength at 1000°F (540°C).Therefore it can be used in high temperature area also like Coke Oven
top.

6) Wet power frequency voltage withstand test as per 15-2701
7) Flammability test as per IS:67646-1994
8) Glass content test ad per IS:10661-1994
9) ARC Resistance as per ASTM D 495-99
10) Flame spread less than 25 as per ASTM E 84
