CONRADO L. BAUTISTA, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of Purok
6, Brgy. Paciano Rizal, Calamba City, Laguna to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, on my behalf, for us and in my name, place and stead to do the following acts
and things, to wit –

1. To receive my share of the payment for the sale of my co-owned property

designated as Lot 12, Blk.3 of the subd. plan Psd-16722, LRC Rec. No. 9933,
situated at Calamba City, Laguna covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
125526 of the Registry of Deeds of Calamba City, Laguna.

2. To deliver said payment to me on the same day that it was given by the buyer of
the property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or
her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
