Introduction

The main objectives of the assignment are to educate the students in more detail about to study the
composition of vertical structure in the organization and to observe all the elements involved. You are
assigned to write a piece of academic writing that provides information about a particular topic that
you’ve chose from list below.

So you are given the topic organizational structure (vertical structure assessment), you should think
about the type of paper that you want to produce. Should it be a general overview of the subject or a
specific analysis? Narrow your focus if necessary. However, this opportunity also gives you assess the
types of organizing organization and advantage to choose a structure that is interesting or relevant to
you in your own business. First, define your purpose of the paper.

In order to write a successful essay, you must organize your thoughts. By taking what’s already in your
head and literature then putting it to paper, you have to be able to see connections and links between
ideas more clearly. This structure serves as a foundation for your paper. Use an outline to jot down your
ideas and organize them.

Now that you have chosen a company and sorted your ideas into relevant categories, you must create a
thesis statement. Your thesis statement tells the reader the point of your essay. Look at your outline.
What are the main ideas? Your thesis statement will have two parts. The first part states the topic, and
the second part states the point of the essay. After that write down the body of your essay based on
arguments with literature support, each main idea that you wrote in your outline will become a separate
section within the body of your essay.
The conclusion section brings closure of the topic and sums up your overall ideas while providing a final
perspective on your topic. Your conclusion should consist of three to five strong sentences. Simply
review your main points and provide reinforcement of your thesis.

Structure of the paper

Each of the essay papers in the assignment will be brief discussed and examined in about 10 pages.
Using APA reference style and you will present in alphabetical order in Reference Page . The following
are the structure of your paper:
  Title of the Paper-Student name- Affiliation- Degree- (First Page/Cover page)
 Abstract and Keywords (Second Page)
 Introduction (Maximum two Pages)
 The body of your essay (5 Pages maximum)
 Conclusion (1 Page maximum)

3. You can submit your assignment ONCE only in a SINGLE file

4. Your assignment must be submitted at 12 July 2021.

5. Your assignment should be prepared individually.

6. You should not copy another person’s assignment and you should also not plagiaries another
person’s work as your own.

EVALUATION

This assignment accounts for 60% of the total marks for the course and shall be assessed based on the
quality and discussion you will provide in your essay. You would be given feedback on the assignment
before the Final submission and before Semester Examination commences only.

You are required to select ONE company in your country. Study the vertical structure of the
selected company by focusing on the different elements in this type of structure.
