Membership of the PFBA shall remain open to all business entities and residents in Pakistan in the following
categories:

(a) Corporate Members: This category shall comprise of French Companies and Pakistan -France
Joint Venture Companies duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of
Pakistan and/or the State Bank of Pakistan. Each such member, through its representative, shall
have the right to vote at general meetings and stand for any office in their category

(b) General Members: This category shall comprise of authorized agents of French Companies.
Each such member, through an authorized representative, shall have the right to vote at general
meetings and stand for election for any office in their category.

(c) Associate Members: This category shall comprise of trading partners, i.e. importers/exporters
of items being trade to France or from France to Pakistan. Each such member shall have right to
vote and stand for election for any office in their category

I hereby agree, if confirmed by the Board of Directors, to become a Member of PFBA I shall abide by the
Articles of Association of Pakistan-France Business Alliance.

Corporate Member: Yearly subscription Rs. 50,000/-,

General Member: Yearly subscription Rs. 30,000/-,
Associate Member: Yearly subscription Rs. 25,000/-.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

I. New member shall pay an annual subscription fee of the membership according to their category.

II. The annual membership subscription fee shall be due in respect of the financial year i.e. 1st January
to 31st December each year.

III. No refund of the annual membership fee will be made if a member resigns. Membership will be
deemed to have lapsed if the annual fee is not paid within the time and conditions prescribed by
the Committee.
