    SOP FOR COF-MACHINE

    1. Turn on the cof machine by pressing the on key


    2. Make the machine to read zero and press the function
    keys
    3. Press the enter key and press the peak reset button
    4. cut your sample to the size of more than 10mm and fix
    at the two point
    5. Check the material to know the treated side and
    untreated side
    6. Press your load button the Cof-machine and take your
    reading
    7. The Readings gotten on machine divide by 4096
    8. Repeat the process for like four samples and take your
    average reading

    SOP FOR DART IMPACT TESTER


    1. Switch on the Dart impact tester machine
    2. Ensure the machine reads zero on the screen
    3. Remove the round Iron cabinet on the machine
    and fix your sample
    4. Add the various weight on the rod and place on
    the magnetic position
    5. Then place the sample, press the Green button
    and check on three position
    6. Then calculate according to their various weight
    and record your readings
