INTRODUCTION
The first thing most people do when left alone is browsing their social media and
checking the news.

So, 99% of what they look at when browsing the net will mean nothing to them after a
few minutes.

We all know that we are probably spending too much time online.

So, how can I know if you are an internet addicted. Maybe you have to establish a
diagnosis and provide a treatment by specialist.

BUT Is it a Pathological Behavior or Addiction? MAYBE BOTH

THIS PROBLEM BECOME IN OTHER PROBLEMS LIKE …….


The best way to describe internet addiction, also known by
the term "Pathological Internet Use" (PIU)
Emotional Signs of Internet Addiction:
 Depression
 Dishonesty
 Feelings of guilt
 Anxiety
 Feelings of Euphoria when using the Computer
 Isolation
 No Sense of Time
 Problems at Work
 Loneliness
 Procrastination

Internet use disorder, similar to many other forms of addictive disorders,


takes its place in most diverse demographic structures.

But what almost no one understands about this topic is how to stop internet
addiction.

 BE MORE PRESENT FOR PEOPLE AROUND YOU
 LEAVE OUT YOUR DEVICE AT HOME – EXAMPLE: DATING

2. SET TIME LIMITS


 DIGITAL DIET
 DIGITAL NUTRITION
 RESTRICTED HOURS

3. DISCONNECT TO RECONNECT
 ENJOY YOUR FAMILY – LIVE IT AT HOME
 MAKE A PACT (NO MEDIA, OUR TALK EACH OTHER)
 LEAVE DEVICES AT HOME (On Sunday when you drives out the city)
