I. Demand for investment in 30 production lines of automatic Nitrile gloves

manufactured by FUMIN, providing synchronous equipments for BAOSON GLOVE

Along with the entire system of main production equipments, complete auxiliary
equipments for powder-free Nitrile glove factory to be manufactured by FUMIN, providing
all equipments that meets MDD/MDR and CE standards for BAOSON GLOVE.
II. Scale of equipment installation of BAOSON GLOVE
BAOSON GLOVE shall install the a complex for Nitrile glove production, including 03 main
workshop blocks to install 30 production lines for powder-free Nitrile gloves.
Each workshop block is installed with 10 production lines (Model: FMXK – D200 * 12, Size:
200 m * 2.4m * 12m * 12 Layers * 2) with a complete auxiliary equipment system,
including:
(1) Manufacturing control room;
(2) Electrical system;
(3) Water supply system for production;
(4) Gas boiler system GAS (CNG) with heat supply for 10 lines;
(5) Warehouse, steel rack system for input materials;
(6) Raw material processing system from Nitrile sheets in dry condition commonly
used for 10 lines, including: Cutting Nitrile adhesive plates by forging; Liquid adhesive
mixture; Separating for distillation; Centrifugal separation; Adjusting color, filtering;
(7) 10 Automatic glove production lines;
(8) Drying system;
(9) Automatic packing system;
(10) Warehouse, steel rack system for maintaining finished Nitrile gloves;
(11) Container outlet;
 (12) Wastewater system.
III. Request FUMIN for providing information
Accordingly, BAOSON GLOVE shall carry out the design for workshop system, machinery
foundation and auxiliary workshops served for installation of production 10 lines (Model:
FMXK – D200 * 12, Size: 200 m * 2.4m * 12m * 12 Layers* 2) and carry out the preparation
for signing the contract of purchase and sale of equipment as well as investment in the project
of manufacturing powder-free Nitrile gloves as follows:
(1) Preferential price policy (discount) on ordering 01 time in bulk with 30 lines (Model:
FMXK – D200 * 12, Size: 200 m * 2.4m * 12m * 12 Layers * 2) and other automatic
auxiliary equipments attached to a factory with modern equipments and synchronous
investment which is manufactured and supplied by FUMIN;
(2) Sending experts to design a synchronous production line for BAOSON GLOVE's
Vietnam factory, coordinate with the General contractor, design construction works
and design a modern and synchronous Nitrile glove factory according to factory
standards of GMP - WHO, GMP - EU;
(3) Designing the ground layout of 01 workshop block served for installation of 10
production lines (Model: FMXK – D200 * 12, Size: 200 m * 2.4m * 12m * 12 Layers
* 2) related to Nitrile gloves and various auxiliary equipments synchronized
according to 12 categories in Part II. Installation needs of BAOSON GLOVE;
(4) Providing specifications, data on the load of production line, installation location,
parameters on the size of equipments to be installed etc. for the Workshop designer,
the General contractor and coordinating to carry out exactly according to the
requirements of such General Contractor in the supply of FUMIN equipments
regarding the installation location of complete and synchronous equipments;
(5) Providing information to serve as a basis for inclusion in the Purchase and sale
Contract of synchronous production equipment for Nitrile gloves which are
manufactured and supplied by FUMIN, including: quality standards, origin of key
details, auxiliary parts in main production line such as control systems, motors,
conveyor chains, porcelain molds, bearings of all kinds, etc.; materials of raw material
processing equipments, raw material storage tanks, material soaking tank, etc.; types
and structures of steel, standards, quality of anti-corrosive and anti-rust paint, etc. and
other equipments meeting MDD/MDR and CE standards
(6) Providing the Client in accordance with the demand for electricity, water, GAS for 10
production lines and synchronous auxiliary systems;
(7) Providing the Client with specifications and standards for the amount of wastewater to
be treated regarding 10 production lines and the attached synchronous auxiliary
systems (for the Client to install wastewater treatment technology in accordance with
the standard A on wastewater discharge into the natural environment);
(8) Providing the information on equipment manufacturing time, shipping time to
Vietnam, installation time, set-up and commissioning time with respect to the
equipments handed over in each each phase of fabrication, installation and handover
to the Vietnamese Client.
(9) Arranging accommodations, housing and workplace for 06 Vietnamese personnel in
the 12-person mission of BAOSON GLOVE to Fumin's manufacturing factory in
order to supervise the entire production and manufacturing process regarding the
 production lines according to the equipment purchase and sale contract before
packing in containers and transporting to Vietnam for installation.
(10) The demand for arranging accommodations, housing and workplace for the number of
experts, engineers and technical workers who come to Vietnam for installing
machineries and equipments, transfer technology, and training workers to operate for
the buyers
(11) The demand for the Client to support and provide technicians and skilled workers
serving for Fumin during the equipment installation process at the Vietnamese
factories.
(12) Providing the Client with technical documents, training workers to operate production
lines proficiently in Vietnamese factories.
(13) Providing and transfering production technology and know-how to produce Nitrile
gloves from raw materials using imported Nitrile dry raw materials.
