Gift Deed

This deed of gift is made on 15th March 2021 between

Mr. Karan Dinalal Luthra age 46 years resident of Navkar Darshan, A-1st floor 102,
Ranibaug, Byculla (East), Mumbai 400027 of the one part.
And
Miss Kritika Karan Luthra Age 25 years of age Gundecha Tower, C-15 Th floor 1502, Lalbagh
(East) Mumbai 400023 of the one part.
Witnesseth as Follows:
1 In consideration of natural love and affection being daughter of the Donor, the donor
hereby assigns unto the done sum of Rs.1000000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs Only) and to have and
to hold the same unto the done absolutely.
2 The possession of the Rs.1000000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs Only) vide cheque No.12356 Drawn
on 17th March 2021 at Dadar branch dated 08 October 2024 hereinabove donated unto the
done and has been physically handed over to the done as absolute owner before execution of
this Gift Deed.
3 The said gift of the Rs. 1000000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs Only) has been accepted by Miss
Kirtika Karan Luthra.
4 The donor from this date reserves no right or interest on the said sum hereby gifted which
shall from this day be the sole and exclusive property of the done.
5 The property hereby gifted is the donors self-acquired property of the income and also has
full right and authority to dispose off it any manner he may think fit.
