many different ways in order to satisfy this goal such as balanced diet, daily exercise, eating
nutritious food, drinking a lots of water, etc. It can be sustained by everyone just themselves with
good motivation to live a healthy life style. Moreover, all people must realize the essence of this goal;
why is this being implemented, and how they will be able to achieve it. Besides, there are now many
applications that can help a person to sustain wellness. The use of technology would also be a great
tool for everyone who want to achieve this goal. Furthermore, I can use my editing skills to create
video presentations that contain necessary information and facts that could help those people who
are not yet aware about the basic information regarding one's health. Together with different
organizations, institutions, and our government, we will be able to achieve and sustain this goal
successfully.
