Terms & Conditions

 Quality Final at Sellers warehouse or designated Gin on 2% sampling by cut sampling method. Approximately 400 grams of sample will
be drawn from each bale, which will be equally divided into 2 parts – One sample for buyers representative and one for our record at
warehouse ,There will be No QUALITY CLAIM once lots are approved
 In the Event When Bales are offered at Gins for Passing, Samples will be drawn ,Sealed and sent to designate HVI Lab Jointly by Sellers
and Buyers representative, such HVI result will be final and binding on seller and buyer both .
 If buyer fails to depute his representative within 2days of allocation of lots, seller may at his descretion Lift the bales and move to their
warehouse. The Expenses incurred such as labour and transportation will be charged to the buyer at actual for moving such bales to
sellers warehouse all the courier and testing charges will be in buyers account.
 Lots to be offered 120% of the sale of which 100% must be approved within 2days of offering
 In event that buyer does not approve lots within 2days of allocation, seller will give buyer a notice, and buyer has to approve the lots
within 2days of the notice , if buyer does not approve lots within 2days of notice, seller reserve the right to allocate the lots to other
customers and close out sale contract at par or at market difference whichever is lower
 If the seller has promised specific grade at the time of sale then grade will be approved strictly as per HVI Lab report manual
classification and visual rejection will not be allowed. In the event of disagreement between the buyers and sellers on HVI test results ,
 Samples from the same sampled bales will not be sent to independent labs nominated by the seller under joint sampling and result of
the test will be binding on seller and buyer.
 Moisture as per prevailing market availability at time of delivery.
 All applicable Taxes, Freight, Truck Loading Cost from date of passing lots are on buyers account.
 Weight Basis: Weight will be final at sellers designated weighbridge at warehouse or in the vicinity of the spot cotton has been offered
at.
 Reimbursement : 100% payment to be received in sellers bank account within 21 days from contract date,interest @ 15% P.A . Prorata
will be paid for early payment for a maximum of 15days.All payment and lifting to be completed within 2days of contract date.
 The buyer will lift the bales w
 ithin 5calender days from date of full payment.
 Saturday is considered as a full business day
 In case of Close out, Average weight considered is 160kgs per bales
 The close out amount has to be credited in sellers bank account within 2 calendar days from the close out date ,Any delay in payment
will attract an interest at the rate of payment day

1. Payment by 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight.

2. Letter of Credit to be opened within 3 days against our sales contract.
3. Partial shipment and Transhipment shipment permitted.
4. Port of Loading any Indian Port
5. Packing As per Export worthy standard packing in bales
6. Nett Landed Weight Final
7. Bill of Lading to show “14 days” detention free from the date of arrival of vessel at destination port and For Road Shipment
“3 days” detention free from the cargo arrived at destination port.
