REBECCA E. MORALES
Principal II
Bulakanon High School

Madam,

I am truly sorry for the uninformed absences dating June 30 to July 6, 2021. This is quite
unprofessional of me. I have especially inconvenienced my team who were waiting for me to
do my part on the preparation for the upcoming event. Please accept my apology for this
action.

I am well aware that attendances are very important for better results at work and as a
member of the team I should take part in the preparations. I was coming to work and along
the way an emergency happened, I needed to attend my mother to the hospital because she
met an accident. And due to these events, I forgot to inform the faculty about my absences.

I have learned from this and I have purposed to inform the faculty and school about my
absences to make sure that this mistake does not happen again. I have talked to the faculty
and I have rescheduled the meeting to tomorrow morning to make sure that we cover what
was supposed to be covered the past few days.

I am sorry for letting the faculty and my colleagues down. I promise this will not happen
again. Kindly accept my apology.

Yours sincerely,

CATHERINE JOY E. NAYAL

Teacher III
