The document is a worksheet for a science, technology and society course. It asks the student to complete two activities: 1) Create an advocacy campaign on a media platform to educate the community on how to mitigate climate change hazards. 2) Reflect on how students can prevent greater climate change impacts in the future. The student recommends reducing car usage and traveling with friends to cut transportation pollution. They also suggest building more bike lanes and sidewalks, planting more trees to absorb carbon, and using less plastic.

Week No. __15_
NAME: Lorenz Joy O. Berto COURSE and Year: BSA 1A- 1YR
Instruction: Answer the following questions:
1. For your home study or independent learning, you perform two activities: Create an advocacy campaign using a media platform that tells about how the community will help mitigate the hazards caused by climate change. 2. Make your own reflection in line of the following statement: As a student how can you prevent the greater impact of climate change in the future? Give your recommendations on ways to minimize the effects of Climate change. For me I can recommend is reducing using car usage or travelling with friends. Around the world, transportation contributes a lot of pollution that causes climate change. Providing or building bike lanes and sidewalks with every road in the country. This will help get people out of their cars and use bikes or walk which produces no pollution at all. Plant more trees because trees absorb carbon dioxide and produces oxygen we breathe. Without trees, our life would not be possible. Use less plastics, eco bags instead to avoid plastic pollution.
