Item Description
THIS IS A FIXED PRICE CONTRACT.
Any quantity included is approximate and is inserted to establish rate
for the described item.
The contractor or his representative is invited to visit the site to
ascertain the prevailing conditions and establish quantities.

All items necessary to complete the works must be included in the

rate as no adjustments will be made to the final submitted figure.

All installations must be in compliance with the manufacturer's

specifications and must not void manufacturer's warranties.

All items supplied by Total have to be collected/loaded from Total's

Warehouse by the Contractor or his Representative and transported
to the site at his own expense, without any damage.

All paint colours/finishes must meet Total's standard. To ensure this

all colours/finishes must be approved by the Engineer prior to
purchase.
ALL DEBRIS must be removed from site at end of works.

A TOTEM / PRICE DISPLAY

1 Disconnect electricals; examine integrity of sign structure safely; 1.00 item
Take down existing totem using crane and transport to Total Storage
Facility at Brighton Beach. (Dispose all "Epping" signage) Each
vertical column should be removed independently to avoid
damage to person or property.
2 Supply and install totem base adapter as directed by Engineer. 1.00 item
Include provision for modification to existing concrete base if X
necessary.
3 Assemble, erect using appropriate craneage, and install new 6.5m 1.00 item
T-Air Monopod Flag totem including all necessary electrical
installation and voltage protection. Test and commission totem and
price sign
4 Install Freestanding double-sided price display as directed by 1.00 item
Engineer include provision for modification/construction of plinth for
price display

B CANOPY / CANOPY FASCIA

1 Electrical installation to include all material and equipment required
to provide 110V/220V supply to canopy fascia. Circuit to be taken
from existing canopy light
2 Clean and prepare existing canopy fascia panels for receiving paint. 63.51 m
All loose paint, dirt and any other foreign matter must be removed
prior to paint application. Oil and grease shall be removed with
approved solvents. Apply (minimum) two coats Sherwin Williams
Teak Grey (RAL 7006) paint Glossy Finish or approved equivalent.

3 Install T-Air Teak Canopy Fascia Panels as per drawing X m
4 Install illuminated "TotalEnergies" panel on T-Air Fascia as directed 2.00 ea.

7 Clean and prepare canopy ceiling for receiving paint. All loose paint, 130.93 m2
dirt and any other foreign matter must be removed prior to paint
application. Oil and grease shall be removed with approved
solvents. Apply (minimum) two coats Sherwin Williams White
Enamel paint or approved equivalent.

8 Clean all associated guttering on canopy and repair or replace 1.00 sum
defective sections.
9 Remove all old stickers (incl. warning decals and product decals) item
and paint canopy columns with Sherwin Williams White Enamel

1 Excavate soft spots to repair potholes, remove all loose material, fill item
all potholes with marl and roll to compaction. Apply asphaltic
concrete overlay and roll to compaction (38mm thick).
