Low-Temperature Setting Spandex creora® eco H-550

A spandex material developed for heat settings at lower temperatures, this

product prevents heat damage and staining when blended with heat-sensitive materials as well as providing
superior dimensional stability and touch to garments. It also increases the heat setting speed, thus
increasing overall productivity. This is an eco-friendly material that reduces consumption of fossil fuels and
CO2 emissions due to its low-energy processing.

Characteristics
• 15~20℃ down in heat setting processes vs. regular spandex

• Intimate apparel, active wear, denim and other garments
• Heat-sensitive materials (e.g. Nylon, Cotton, Rayon, Modal, Tencel, Wool, Silk).
• Product assists the better shrinkage for the fabric with open structure/low GSM even setting at low
temperature and by doing heat setting at low temperature the fabric recovery can be achieved better with
low growth.
• Dyeing affinity with acid/metal complex dyes stuff used for Nylon.
• High density, lightweight, thin Nylon, PET fabrics
