profession. It will continuously improve the
competence of the professions in accordance with
the international standards of practice, thereby,
ensuring their contribution in uplifting the general
welfare, economic growth, and development of the
nation.
In providing professional development
opportunities to adults, the organization of training
and the ways in which learners are involved in the
training opportunities must be anchored on the
principles of adult learning. Multiple and varied
opportunities of learning experiences must be
afforded in which adult are actively involved as
possible and are guided accordingly.
