Note: All below objects should be assigned to package: OIJ_TSW_05_APPL

Steps to create Domain:

1. Go to Tcode SE11, select the Domain radio button, Enter the value OIJ05_ALERTCATEGORY click
on create button.

2. Enter the short description, maintain data type as char and No. of characters 15 as shown
below.
 3. Goto to value range tab and maintain the values as shown below.

Save and activate it.

Steps to create Data Elements:

4. Go to Tcode SE11, select the Data type radio button, Enter the value OIJ05_ACTIVE click on
create button.

5. Select Data element radio button

6. Enter the short description, domain value as WDY_BOOLEAN as shown below.

Goto Field Label tab enter field label value Active as shown below and click on active button.
7. Follow the steps 4 and 5 for the below Data element.
Steps to create Database Tables:

1. Goto Tcode SE11.Select the checkbox Database table, enter the value OIJ05_GALERTS
Click on create button as shown below.
2. Enter short description, go to Delivery and Maintenance tab, and enter the Delivery Class
value C. Data Browser/Table view editing select the dropdown value as
Display/Maintenance Allowed with Restrictions as shown below.
3. Goto Fields Tab Enter the values as shown below.

4. Click on Technical Settings button as shown below.

5. Enter Data Class value APPL0 and Size Category value as 1 and click on Revised->Activate
button as shown below.
6. Goto Menu bar, click on Extras, select Enhancement Category as shown below.
7. Select radio button option Can be Enhanced Deep, click on ok button as shown below.
8. Click on activate button as shown below.
Create table OIJ05_GALERT_REF follow the same steps from 1 to 8 with the below list of fields.
Create Structure:

1. Goto Tcode SE11, select the radio button Data type and enter the value OIJ05_S_GLOBAL_ALERT
as shown below.

Click on create button.

2. Select the radio button Structure, click on ok button as shown below.

3. Enter the short description as Structure for global alerts, select component tab, and enter the
fields as shown below.
4. Goto Menu bar, click on Extras, select Enhancement Category as shown below.
Select the radio button can be enhanced (character like or numeric) as shown below click on ok
button.
5. Click on activate button as shown below.
Create Table Type:

1. Goto Tcode SE11, select the radio button Data type enter the value OIJ05_T_GALERT,
Click on create as shown below.
2. Select radio button Table type as shown below click on ok button.
3. Enter the short description, select Line type tab, and enter the value
OIJ05_S_GLOBAL_ALERT as shown below.

4. Click on activate button as shown below.

Follow the steps from 1 to 4 with the below values.

Create Authorization Object:

Please follow the below steps to create Authorization object.

1. Goto to Tcode Su21, select Class/Object IS_O folder, click on create button on the top then
select Authorization Object as shown below.
2. Enter the values as shown below.
3. Click on Permitted Activities button and select the checkbox for Add or create, Change,
Display, and Delete as shown below, click on save.
Create OTR Texts:

1. Goto Tcode SOTR_EDIT.

2. Choose short text radio button enter the values for Language, Text & Alias by referring the
below screenshot, click on create.
3. Enter the value for package as OIJ_TSW_05_APPL and object type as ‘WDYV’ as shown below
and click on save button.

4. Click ok button in the below popup screen.

5. If below popup screen appears, click ‘Yes’ button.

6. If below popup screen appears, click ‘Yes’ button.

7. If below popup screen appears, click ok button.

8. If request popup screen appears, choose the request and click ok button.
9. If below popup screen appears, click ok button.

10. Finally this message ‘Text has been created’ should be displayed in the status bar.
Create OTR Alias: OIJ_TSW_05_APPL/OIJ05_GLOBAL_ALERT_CONTAINER

1. Goto Tcode SOTR_EDIT.

2. Choose short text radio button enter the values for Language, Text & Alias by referring the
below screenshot, click on create.

3. Enter the value for package as OIJ_TSW_05_APPL and object type as ‘WDYV’ as shown
below and click on save button.
Repeat step 4 to step 10 as above.
