Try saying ‘no’ the good so that you can say ‘yes ‘to
the best. Saying no is an art and not all of us are artist.
Humans tend to care for the feelings of others rather than their
own. We often say yes to many of the requests because we don’t
want ourselves to be represented as rude or arrogant. And then
end up in a trouble just because of saying yes to something
which was completely against our wish.
We often say yes because we like that person and might feel bad for
him/her. The center idea behind saying yes to every little thing
that comes on our way is don’t want the other person to
misunderstand us as rude. We usually are worried a lot about the
consciences of saying no to someone. For us saying yes is far
more important than worrying and working for our own self.
But then at some point of time we need to understand that saying no
doesn’t make us a bad human being in real life. We got to work
according to our schedule and lifestyle, we can’t let ourselves
into a problem every time just because of saying yes to
anything. Being selfish for our own goodness is not wrong.
There is no harm in saying no.
Actually, saying no is like credit to oneself. Once we commit to
someone else, we clearly know, that amount of time is simply a
loss for us. We might do something really productive by saying
no and investing time on ourselves.
Saying no like a luxury you can gain for yourself. And actually, it is
true: its better to say no then falling back. It is basically a
strategy one can plan for building up their future. Saying no
turns out to be really helpful in working on our goals. One must
 learn to say no as they head further in their building their future.
Saying no doesn’t mean you will never turn out to be helpful for
that person. Its just the matter of some period of time. In this
fast-going world saying no to someone and taking out time for
yourself is totally a good thing one can do.

Also, one must be polite in the way of saying no. It shouldn’t sound
that rude to the person, there is a way of saying no with
humbleness in our voice.
We all got to learn the art of saying no for our own goodness!!!
