from that perspective – it is NOT true that 98% of what we

unnecessary things but it depends on us that how we take it
we cannot blame anyone for our mistake we are responsible

3.Why does human being ‘create and modernize’
communicational channels?
Ans. Communication channels are the means through which
people in an organization communicate and interact with
each other.
Without the right communication channels in place, it
becomes extremely challenging to align employees with the
business goals, break down silos, and drive innovation in the
workplace.
Furthermore, the communication channels you use at your
workplace has a direct impact on the employee experience
you deliver, Conclusion. In any organization, three types of
communication channels exist: formal, informal and
unofficial. While the ideal communication web is a formal
structure in which informal communication can take place,
unofficial communication channels also exist in an

more than one conversation at one time – without being
rude! Whilst your customer or lead searches for their
product number or types out their reply, you could answer
the questions of a couple of other people in need
4.State and explain any 4 function of mass media on micro

Ans. Mass media refers to a diverse array of media
technologies that reach a large audience via mass
communication. ... Broadcast media transmit information
electronically via media such as films, radio, recorded music,
or television. Digital media comprises both Internet and
mobile mass communication. The four functions of mass
communications are: surveillance, correlation, cultural
transmission and entertainment. In many ways, the four
functions of mass communication are still relevant and
transferable to contemporary media.
At the individual level (microanalysis), the functional
approach is called the uses-and-gratifications model. This
model holds that audience members have certain needs or
drives that are satisfied by using both non-media and media
sources.
I. Affiliation. The individual counterpart to the linkage
function; refers to a person’s desire to feel a sense of
belonging or involvement within a social group.
II. Expression. Using the media to express one’s inner
thoughts, feelings, and opinions.
III. Withdrawal. Using media to create a barrier or buffer
zone between oneself and other people or activities.
IV. Cognition. The process of coming to know something,
which is closely parallel to the surveillance function. On
the individual level, there are two different types of
cognitive functions:
 using media to keep up with current events
 using media to satisfy a desire for general knowledge
