INTRODUCTION

The Local Student Government (LSG), through the LSG Officer, will
conduct the Teambuilding with the theme “Strengthen social relation”. The
activity is an avenue where the diversity of LSG Officer can understand each
other and build the cultural solidarity.

TEAMBUILDING ACTIVITIES

Teambuilding activities is to motivate your people to work together, to

develop their strengths, and to address any weaknesses. So, any team
building exercise should encourage collaboration rather than competition.

OBJECTIVE

Teambuilding is to enhance social relations and define roles within

teams, often involving brainstormed and collaborative task. In short, this is
distinct from team training. Teambuilding is one the most widely used
group-development activities in organization.

RATIONALE

PROGRAM AND ACTIVITIES

 Teambuilding Games
o Tug of war
o Pass the person
o Infinite loops
o Balloon pyramid
o Tie five together and race to bring balls
 Rewarding of the winners
  Strengthening the objective of Teambuilding
 Recognize the effort of the participants

According to our matrix of fund, this activity has a budget as amount

of five thousand pesos (5,000.00).
