Little Candles night is a day when start Christmas in Colombia take this holiday to another
level, we have our own Christmas carols, unique decorations and many celebrations
besides Christmas day, like Día de las velitas or Day of the candles which we celebrate on
December 7th .
The origin of this celebrations religious, like many Colombian celebrations, I mean its
Catholic tradition December 7th is the vigil of the Immaculate Conception of the virgin
Mary is a celebration On December 8th.
 4. Task: First interview a friend about her past, present and hopes in the future. Then, write
a paragraph describing how this person has changed.

My friend Alfer moved to our birth town in 1996. We started high school together. He used to be
the problem solver, so for that reason, he became a team leader. Besides he was very level-head
as make decisions, he now days is a remarkable engineer noted for its infrastructure works, as
large highways and bridges. I remember that he never was the kind of man who sat on the fence. I
always admired that from him. He will be a successful engineer acknowledged worldwide.
