PAINTING COMPETITION RULES:


1. TOPIC: Vaccination of Covid 19: Benefits of vaccination, How to fight against
Corona Virus, How to get protected from Corona Virus. Participants are free to
choose any one of the three given topics.
2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. Painting should be done on KG cardboard or drawing sheets.
5. The use of any kind of paint is allowed.
6. The sheet should necessarily include the participant's full name and school. If the
information provided is inaccurate, the painting may be rejected.
7. Plagiarism is not allowed. The painting should be a product of the participant's
imagination.
8. A picture of the artwork has to be uploaded to a link that will be provided.
9. A video of 1 minute has to be uploaded showcasing parts/scenes of the whole process.
10. The maximum file size should be 1 MB. The file can be compressed if required.
11. Please double-check that the file you are uploading is the correct one. There will be
no requests to change the file that was previously submitted.
12. The submission has to be made in JPG or PDF format only.

FANCY DRESS COMPETITION RULES:

1. TOPIC: Vaccination of Covid 19: Benefits of vaccination, How to fight against


Corona Virus, How to get protected from Corona Virus. Participants are free to
choose any one of the three given topics.
2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. Wear proper attire. Inappropriate or offending attire is not allowed.
5. Participants may deliver a short narration on his or her character.
6. The maximum time limit is 1 minute.
7. Only solo performances are allowed.
8. Exceeding time will lead to disqualification.
9. Participants will be judged according to the character portrayed, creativity and
presentation skills.
10. A picture of the final look has to be uploaded.
11. Additionally, the performance should be submitted as a video too, and the video
should not exceed 1 MB. Participants may compress the file if needed.

SLOGAN WRITING COMPETITION RULES:

1. TOPIC: Vaccination of Covid 19: Benefits of vaccination, How to fight against


Corona Virus, How to get protected from Corona Virus. Participants are free to
choose any one of the three given topics.
2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. This is an individual event. No teams are allowed.
5. Length of Slogan – a slogan relevant to the theme of the competition should be written
in a maximum of 20 words.
6. Slogans can be written in English or Hindi.
7. Slogan should be typed and submitted as a Word document with Times New Roman
font and font size 12 or should be a scanned document in PDF format.
8. A picture of the artwork has to be uploaded to a link that will be provided.
9. The maximum file size should be 1 MB. The file can be compressed if required.
10. Judgement Criteria:
 Relevance to the theme
 Originality
 Use of language
 Creativity
11. Slogans should be catchy and have to be quoted in (“) inverted commas.
12. Slogans should be original and not copied from anywhere.

ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION RULES:

1. TOPIC: Vaccination of Covid 19: Benefits of vaccination, How to fight against


Corona Virus, How to get protected from Corona Virus. Participants are free to
choose any one of the three given topics.
2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. The word limit is strictly 400-500 words.
5. The use of the internet and other reference materials is prohibited/ participants are
required to write using their imagination.
6. The essay should contain the participant's name and school clearly and in bold letter.
7. The essay has to be submitted as a word document and has to be uploaded to a link that
will be provided.
8. The maximum file size should be 1 MB. The file can be compressed if required.
9. Judgement criteria:
 Word limit
 Creativity and ideas-innovative ideas will be preferred.
 Coherence.
 Spelling/grammatical accuracy.

FACE PAINTING RULES:

1. TOPIC: Vaccination of Covid 19: Benefits of vaccination, How to fight against Corona
Virus, How to get protected from Corona Virus. Participants are free to choose any one
of the three given topics.
2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12.
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. Participants work must be original and not copied.
5. Participants are responsible for their supplies. 
6. The artwork should be clean and presentable.
7. A picture of the artwork has to be uploaded.
8. A video of 1 minute has to be uploaded showcasing parts/scenes of the whole process.
9. The maximum file size should be 1 MB. The file can be compressed if required.
10. Judgement criteria:
 Area of face covered.
 Relevance to the topic.
 The technique used  (use of brushes, sponges & etc.)
 Creativity 

WALL PAINTING COMPETITION RULES:

1. TOPIC: Vaccination of Covid 19: Benefits of vaccination, How to fight against Corona
Virus, How to get protected from Corona Virus. Participants are free to choose any one
of the three given topics.
2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. The painting should be: 6 FT X 6 FT
5. A wall of their house should be used, or the wall of some external location is to be used.
6. All the art materials should be present with the participants.
7. Any unethical means like copying someone else’s work will lead to disqualification.
8. A picture of the artwork has to be uploaded to the link provided.
9. A video of 1 minute has to be uploaded showcasing parts/scenes of the whole process.
10. The maximum file size should be 1 MB. The file can be compressed if required.
11. Judgement criteria:
 Drawing skills
 Quality of artwork presented.
 Relevance to the topic.
T-SHIRT PAINTING RULES:

1. TOPIC: Vaccination of Covid 19: Benefits of vaccination, How to fight against


Corona Virus, How to get protected from Corona Virus. Participants are free to
choose any one of the three given topics.
2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. Only plain white T-shirts should be used.
5. Participants should use their own materials like t-shirt, fabric, acrylic or oil paints,
glitters, brushes, pencil, and pen.
6. Use of ready-made stickers or any other materials is strictly prohibited.
7. The artwork should be original and not copied from any other source.
8. A picture of the artwork has to be uploaded to a link that will be provided.
9. A video of 1 minute has to be uploaded showcasing parts/scenes of the whole process.
10. The maximum file size should be 1 MB. The file can be compressed if required.
11. Judgement criteria:
 Creativity
 Design
 Colour Scheme
 Effective conveying of theme message.

PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION RULES:

This is a photography contest to showcase photographs that the participants have clicked
during the COVID pandemic (during the lockdown, for instance)

1. TOPIC: Photographs taken during the COVID-19 pandemic


2. Eligibility: Class 9 to 12
3. Naming convention- the file should be named as “FullName_SchoolName”.
4. The photographs may be submitted under the following two themes:
 Outdoor Photography
 Indoor Photography
5. Along with the photographs, the participants should submit their thoughts or motion
behind the picture.
6. Photographs submitted should be the participant's original work. It SHOULD NOT be
taken from the internet or any other source. Doing so may get the participant
disqualified.
7. Photographs should be submitted as a PDF or JPEG document.
8. The maximum file size should be 1 MB. The file can be compressed if required.
9. Judgement criteria:
 The Angle of the Photograph
 Editing Skills and Originality
 Clarity of Expression
 Creativity
 Adherence to the Theme
