    NON-EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO SELL

             This is to confer upon Atty. Elijah B. Bactol and Francia Medrana, both of legal
    age, residents of Barangay Callos, and Barangay Sinisajan Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija
    respectively, the authority to perform any and all of the following acts:

    All expenses except for the capital gains tax and broker’s professional fee shall
    be for the account of the buyer.

            This Non-Exclusive authority shall become ineffective only after 30 days from
    receipt of either party of a written notice terminating such authority.
