The document discusses how a teacher simplified classroom tasks to reduce their workload. The teacher provided each student with answer sheets to complete weekly activities and assessments. These answer sheets were collected and new ones inserted each week. The teacher also created a booklet for summative tests, where students read the questions and shaded their answers on the separate answer sheets. This allowed the teacher to easily record scores later and track student performance over time by compiling their test results. The simplified approach made teaching and grading easier for the teacher.

Being a teacher means doing a lot of task from classroom management,
coaching of students, lesson planning to tantamount of paper works. Thus, simplifying some of these tasks takes away a part of the burden. In terms of classroom management, at the beginning of school in this new normal education I prepared and gave each of the student an ANSWER SHEETS where they can easily answered the different activities from the modules. It is covered with unified color per section. This is where they are going to answer all the weekly activities such as Pretest, Post Test as well as their performance outputs in every topic such as essays, collage, concept maps, drawings, narratives, etc. I made a booklet type Summative Test wherein the students will just read the questions and answer it by shading the answer sheets at the last part of the booklet. It is easier for the learners and teachers because every week the teacher will remove the answer sheets of the students from the booklet and replace a new one for the next round. How do these Answer Sheets and Booklet Type Summative Test make my teaching easy? I can record their scores at a later time. I can also track their scores just by looking at their test results in one compilation. If students have questions with their grades, they can always show and keep track through their ANSWER SHEETS and Booklet Type Summative Test.
