AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENT

I, LEONARD H. GRAPE, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence address at Block 8, Lot
29, Sydney St., Metro Clark Homes, Sapang Biabas, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, after having
been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That I am the PRESIDENT of AERIA VENTURES INC. (“CORPORATION”), a

corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines and with
principal business address at 67E 2nd Floor, Dunhill, Dunhill Street, District 5, Fairview,
Quezon City;

That the CORPORATION is engaged in business consultancy services;

That the CORPORATION is and has been using as office space the property owned
by the parents of one of the CORPORATION’s Directors, Ms. Abigail Palayon Catiil;

That in view of Ms. Catiil’s parents’ generous accommodation, the CORPORATION

is not paying any rental fee for the use of the property as its registered business address, and
for other commercial purposes; and

That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing, and as a
requirement for business registration.
