The COVID-19 pandemic crisis of theresulted in an abrupt paradigm shift in nurses’ life in healthcare

This study utilized a qualitative research design in which the gathered data are collected through
interviews. Collaizi's distinctive process was utilized as a guide for the data analysis of seven nurses

who were participants in this study that sought to deeply understand and explain their lived
experience while working in the facility.

Results exploring the participants' experiences revealed seven associated meanings were drawn
from various significant statementsMedicalto wit: individualized care, self-sacrifice, compassion, dutifulness,
adaptability, learnability, flexibility, and the orison. From these associated meanings, three (3) themes
emerged such as Selflessness,Center the Heart of a Nurse, and Flexible from Morning till’ Dawn. The said
themes which were significant experiences emerged from the factual view of the informant’s
responses.
