Minutes of meeting of the faculty handling U18CE605, Hydrology and Water Resources
Engineercourse for the Academic Year 2020-21.
The meeting was held on 14.06.2021 at 4:30 pm in the virtual mode, the following faculty
members were present

1. Sri. Ch Sridhar
2. Mrs. Ch. Sree Laxmi Pavani

In the meeting, the following resolutions were taken:

1. Decided to correct the answer scripts as per scheme of valuation of ESE.

2. Decided to correct the answer scripts of ESE within 7 days.
3. Identify similar answer scripts and reduce marks based on the level of similarity as per
the examination section guidelines for promoting academic integrity.
4. Strictly adhere to the Bell Curve and 3 Sigma rule in the correction of ESE answer
scripts.
5. The results will be communicated section wise toresults committee and examination
branch within the stipulated time.
