CIRCULAR

All the class teachers of 4th, 6th, 8th semesters are required to collect the course
project data from all the course teachers in their section and schedule a date for final
presentations for the students. Based on course Project areas, the Course Project
Evaluation Committees will be formed. Then scheduled date is to be informed to the
students, course faculty and course project evaluation committee. After receiving
recommendations by the course project evaluation committee during the final
presentations, certificates shall be issued to the students by the Head of the
Department.
