    Dear Sir:

    Good day!

    In behalf of my colleagues from PHILSYS Baybay, we would like to request your


    good office to share in the use of the storage room as well as have your stocks re-
    positioned. This is in relation to the urgent transfer of our PHILSYS Step 2
    Registration Center, as granted by our City Mayor, from the Baybay City Gym to
    the Ground Floor of the Library Building located at the diversion road.

    We have requested for help as well from the GSO in the transfer and
    arrangement of your stocks in the area of your preference.

    Should you wish to grant our request, we will start working on July 16, 2021
    (Friday) in preparation for our final transfer on July 17, 2021 (Saturday) at 12:00 in
    the afternoon.
