AN ORDER ESTABLISHING THE BARANGAY ANIBAN 2 ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL
(BADAC).
WHEREAS, Section 16 of the Local Government Code of 1991 provides that Local
Government Units shall pursue undertaking to improve public morals and maintain peace
and order among other equally significant concerns;
Section 1: TITLE:
A. Composition
The Barangay Aniban 2 Anti-Drug Abuse Council shall be composed of the following:

Chief Tanod
Representative of CSOs/NGO
Representative of Faith
Based Org
A. Committee on Operation
Chair PB
Vice-Chair SB Chair of Peace and Order
Members Tanod/Police Auxiliary/CVO
B. Committee on Advocacy

Vice-Chair SB Chair of Women and Family
Members SK Chair
School Principal or Representative
Executive Officer/Chief Tanod
Representative of CSOs/NGO
Representative of Faith Based Org
Section 4: SECRETARIAT
Section 5: MEETINGS
The council shall meet regularly at least once every month or as often as may be
necessary upon the call of the chairperson
Section 6: EFFECTIVITY
This Executive Order takes effect immediately. Any existing order found inconsistent thereto
shall be deemed repealed or modified.

AN ORDERREORGANIZING THE BARANGAY ACTION TEAM (BAT) TO INCLUDE MASA MASID TEAM (MMT)
FOR THE UGNAYAN NG BARANGAY AT SIMBAHAN (UBAS)
Whereas, the State recognizes the active role of the Church as an effective partner of the government in the
realization of the State aspirations and in bringing more Filipinos out of poverty, especially the marginalized sectors;
Whereas, the State recognizes the barangay as basic political unit which serves as the planning and
implementing arm of government policies, plans and programs, projects and activities in the community, and as a
forum wherein the collective view of the people may be expressed, crystallized and considered;
Whereas, the barangays, through the Ligangmga Barangay (LnB) are enjoined to ensure that good
governance is practiced and institutionalized in their respective communities as a relevant contribution to nation-
building.
Whereas, to heighten community involvement by mobilizing the support of local stakeholders, volunteers,
civic organizations, faith-based organizations and the private sectors in the fight against illegal drugs, criminality and
corruption.
Section 1. Composition. The Barangay Action Team/MASA MASID Team shall be composed of the
following:
Section 2. Duties and Functions. The Barangay Action Team/MasaMasid Team shall perform the following
duties and functions:
Encourage the support of the community on gathering and reporting information on any
incident related to illegal drug activities;
Institute reporting mechanism in consultation with local PNP, church and/or faith-based
organizations
ON COMMUNITY-BASED REHABILITATION
Section 3. Meetings. The Barangay Action Team/MasaMasid Team shall meet regularly as agreed by the
BAT members.
