WHAT I CAN DO
A.
1. Operators are known to block some SMS routes from time to time. This
also requires SMS services to re-route the message via another working
route, which can cause temporary delivery issues. In some cases,
however, all can come down to the simple point that the carrier is having
some technical difficulties and messages are just not able to be delivered.
2. Sometimes different applications on the handset can receive SMS
messages and due to their conflicts, the messages are not being correctly
received by the handset as the applications are conflicting and the
message is not able to deliver to any of them resulting in a failed message.
In certain cases, there may be conflicts between different applications that
may receive SMS messages. This may cause one or all of the applications
not to receive messages due to their SMS receiving capability turned off.
Also, there is a possibility of the default application staying in the position
of not receiving the messages after a conflicting application has been
removed
3. The technology includes telephony and video conferencing, facsimile,
broadcast and interactive television, instant messaging, email, distributed
electronic collaboration, a host of Web- and Internet-based communication
and data transmission. It transmits and stores your intellectual property
and it also comprises the means through which you connect to your
partners, suppliers and customers. The technology allows your firm to
gather, collate, analyze, share and act on information in a variety of ways
that ultimately bear on your bottom line.

- Heinrich Hertz uses a spark gap connected to the induction coil and
another spark gap of the receiving antenna to generate and detect
electromagnetic waves in his laboratory. It achieved its goal of verifying the
Scottish physicist James Clerk Maxwell's prediction that light and heat are
electromagnetic radiation. His discoveries made possible the invention of
radio, television, satellite communications, mobile phones, radar, and other
devices.
