SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF WINS (WASH IN SCHOOL) MONITORING TOOL

DATE : JULY 24, 2017

1. In line with DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2016 re Policy and Guidelines for the Comprehensive
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Schools (WINS) Program, all school heads both elementary
and secondary are required to submit hard and soft copy WINS Monitoring Tool on or before
July 31, 2017.

2. Word/PDF copy of WINS Monitoring Tool shall be submitted to the Division Nurse In-charge for
validation and soft copy in excel file shall be forwarded this email address
itjumawan@gmail.com.

3. Immediate dissemination and strict compliance with this Memorandum to all concerned is
highly enjoined.
