II. Narrative Report of the Activity
 In the observance of D.O. No. 40, s. 2012, San Jose Provincial High has applied the
underlying guidelines and principles of the IRR (Implementing Rules and Regulations) for
Child Protection Policy.

This was done during the settling of minor disputes among children/students by
following the due process of law under the policies found in the school handbook.

The nature of settlement is reformatory and not corporal in nature.

If ever there is a need to make some referrals to other departments in which our
school couldn’t cater, San Jose Provincial High School Child Protection Policy Coordinator
together with the faculty and staff, are willing to follow the mandate of the said Deped
Order. If cases such as sexual and other forms of violence, are going to occur, we will make
referrals to the department responsible to handle in such cases.
