services. Once the
customer finalizes the
place and design we
offered him and one deal
is through we can finalize
our deal with the space
owner and start furnishing
the office.

Initially we can target for


customer who require
space for less than 15
people. And further this
can be scaled depending
upon the demand of the
customers. The model can
be started in 2-3 metro
cities Like Delhi NCR,
Bangalore & Mumbai.

2) In tourism Industry
there is always a gap
between demand and
supply. For example
during holiday season the
demand is more and vice
versa. Some businesses
only function 6 months in
Year ( mainly in Ladakh ,
Uttrakhand (hilly
areas). Some of them
don't have any
employment for 4- 6
months . There can be
recruitment agency which
fulfills demand during
season and can also
provide
better employment
opportunities for another
6 months ( in metros ).
These are all skill based
roles in
restaurant,Housekeeping,
plumbing, fitting etc. This
will help the business to
increase the profit by
using contract employees
and also give around the
year employment to the
employees.

The agency will do the


background check and will
also take care of a better
work environment for
these employees. We
have lots of immigrants
living in adverse
conditions in metros.
