Anterior Compartment Smash

When internal rotation of the shoulder is missing, the tissues in front of your chest get
short, holding your shoulder forward in a dysfunctional position. With your hand behind
your back, put a ball underneath your collar bone and smash tight or sore areas.
Exaggerate internal rotation by wrapping your hand around the small of your back
before going to work on the tissue.
