Posterior Chain Floss

Put one of your legs through the band and pull it as high up on your hip as possible and
then step forward to create tension. As you load the hip, shift your weight over the leg
you are mobilizing and fold forward, keeping your back as flat as possible. To restore
range and relieve muscle stiffness, create and release tension by straightening and
bending the knee.
