A MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION ENDORSING NGCP’S 100-KM 69kV TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT

Whereas, in response to the shortage of the supply of electricity in the Province of Sultan Kudarat, the
National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has proposed the 100-kilometer 69kV transmission
line from Kalamansig – Tacurong, Sultan Kadarat;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of _______________ is covered by the project as the proposed transmission
line cuts through part of its jurisdiction, particularly barangays ____________, ___________,
______________, ______________;

Whereas, the said project will benefit communities in the province where there is limited supply of
electricity, and will result in improving access to social and economic opportunities and in further
developing the economy of the entire province and its municipalities.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved on a motion duly seconded to endorse the 100-
Kilometer 69kV Transmission Line Project to be implemented by the National Grid Corporation of the
Philippines.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to relevant offices for their information
and reference.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED.
