INSTRUCTIONS TO CONNECT TO TEAMS

Hello! Congratulations on getting an interview with Nuance!

This guide will help you to connect for your TEAMS Interview. Microsoft TEAMS is a platform that is
used by Nuance to conduct meetings and Interviews. Please read the instructions below to join the
interview

IF YOUR ARE CONNECTING FOR INTERVIEW FROM THE LAPTOP OR PC

STEP 1: Click on “Join Teams Meeting” and the link will redirect you to Microsoft teams page in the
browser

STEP 2: There are two options you can choose from, either download Teams app for your PC or Join
on the web instead. Click on “Join on the web instead”
STEP 3: Click Allow on the pop window, this will allow you to enable video and audio for the meeting

STEP 4: Enter your name and click on Join Now. You have an option to turn on/off your video and
audio while in the meeting

STEP 5: Wait for the talent acquisition team to start the interview

STEP 6: Once the interview starts you would be able to see people present in the interview

IF YOUR ARE CONNECTING FOR INTERVIEW THROUGH MOBILE PHONE

STEP 1: Click on “Join Teams Meeting” and the link will redirect you to Microsoft teams page in the
browser

STEP 2: The page which will ask you to download the Team app, go to the play store and download
the app:

STEP 3: Once you install the app Sign in if you already have a Teams account or Sign up with your
Microsoft email account (If you don’t have a Microsoft account you will have to create one and then
sign up for the Teams sync)
It is always better to get the TEAMS link check before the interview. Our Talent Acquisition team
