CREATING REPORT

STEPS TO CREATE REPORTS:

Oracle Fusion Provides 3 types of reports:

 OTBI (Free)
 OBIEE (Need License)
 Dash boards report (Free)

STEPS:

1. Tools > Reports and Analytics


2. Click on browse catalog (another link will be opened).
3. On the right hand side Click on New > Analysis
4. Select the required subject area (Subject area should be Real Time this is must <if the subject
area is not real time then it will not work (subject areas that are not real time are OBIEE and
need License to work).
5. Choose Subject area Product Management – Source System Item Real Time (as an example)
6. On the left hand side Choose the required criteria
7. Select the required columns
8. After finishing choose Criteria in the left hand side of the screen
9. Choose the required Filters (Prompts means the report Parameters).

10. After Finish Click On result.

11. You Can Export the analysis to whatever Format you like

12. Finally Save the Report In Case you want to run it in any other time.
