Trainer’s Expectations DO • Ask a question when you have one • Feel free to share • Request an example if a point is not clear • Search for ways in which you can apply a general principle or idea to your work • Think of ways you can pass on ideas to your co - workers Trainer’s Expectations DON’T • Try to develop an extreme problem just to prove the leader doesn’t have all the answers • Close your mind by saying, this is all fine in theory, but…” • Assume that all topics covered will be equally relevant to your needs • Take extensive notes – the handouts and the CDs that will be given at end of the course will satisfy most of your needs. House Rules 1. Be Punctual (start of the session time will be resolved through a consensus of the participants). 2. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participant/s who had complete attendance or a five (5) full days or 40 hours participation. 3. Sign as you enter the room in the morning and afternoon Attendance Sheets. 4. Smoking is not allowed within the premises. House Rules 5. As much as possible, avoid distracting the sessions with unnecessary noise such as active cellphone or eating foods which crackles. Please keep cellphones on silent or vibra mode. 6. In case of emergency, or other urgent matters that you have to attend to or would require your presence, please inform the facilitator or any of the training staff before leaving. House Rules
7. We strongly discourage the use of camphones, android,
tablets, digicams and other recording media to record slides or video materials used in the training. A CD of the slide materials will be distributed at end of the course. This is on top of the Learner’s Manual
8. Feel free to approach any of the training staff for any
