PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Project Title:
Project "PKTK” Paaralan Ko, Tutulungan Ko
II. Project Proponent:
This project is headed by the School SOCMOB Coordinator, School Head,
Teachers, Parents, Brgy. Officials & other stakeholders.

III. Project Rationale:

Social mobilization is the primary step of community development for
recovery from conflicts and disasters. It allows people to think and
understand their situation and to organize and initiate action for their
recovery with their own initiative and creativity.

IV. Project Objectives:

 Mobilize the possible stakeholders pledging support and commitment
to the school programs.
 To increase number of stakeholders pledging support and
commitment to the school programs and projects through virtual
Brigada and Oplan Balik Eskwela from 80% to 90%
 Submit activity report to the district

V. Project Description:
Project "PKTK” Paaralan Ko, Tutulungan Ko is a project of the school
wherein mobilizing the possible stakeholders pledging support and
commitment to the school programs and projects through virtual Brigada
and Oplan Balik Eskwela from 80% to 90%
The School SocMob Cooridinator shall serve as Co-Chair in The Brigada
Eskwela Steering Committee who will spearhead the implementation of the
Brigada Eskwela Program and shall oversee the various efforts to be
undertaken for the program such as marketing and advocacy, resource
mobilization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

The School SocMob Coordinator is also the Adopt-a-School Coordinator.

Thus, she shall submit Adopt-a-School Quarterly Reports to the District
SocMob Coordinator.

VI. Project Duration:

The Project "PKTK” Paaralan Ko, Tutulungan Ko will last till the school
year ends.

VII. Target Beneficiaries:

Parents and learners will be more benefited with the project formulated
by the school.

VIII. Proposed Budget:

The budget allotted to the project coming from the school MOOE is Php
50,000 the entire school year and school will look for addition fund coming
from the stakeholders and other donors for the shortage fund.

IX. Monitoring and Evaluation:

Monitoring of the project should be done monthly to monitor the
implementation of the project.
