The Work Activity described here has been checked by the Contractor in accordance with Exhibit A - General Conditions (Civils Works), Sections 7.3-7.6 and Appendix 13.0, Section 6.0, where the contractor shall
plan, perform and record all QUALITY CONTROL activities to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the QMS documentation reviewed by the Engineer and in compliance with the requirements of the
Contract.
