be through a semi – structured in – depth interview that will be conducted to the respondents

Objective
The purpose of this study is to unveil the leadership style/s of teacher grade leaders in
selected elementary schools in the Division of Himamaylan City. The general objective of this
study is to explore the roles, experiences, ad personal stories and different sets of leadership
styles exhibited by the teacher grade leaders in their leading roles in their respective schools.

Significance
The importance of this study lies in its qualitative nature as it attempts to unveil the
leadership style/s of teacher grade leaders in selected elementary schools in the Division of
Himamaylan City and identify the common beliefs and characteristics of these leaders.
Specifically, this study would benefit to the school, administrators/principals, teacher grade
leaders and teachers.
