Coastal Life Realty Group manages the listing marketing package referenced in this presentation for our
agents. Coastal Life agents secure a signed listing agreement and Coastal Life Realty Group takes care of
the rest.

The listing marketing process starts as soon as the agent knows they are securing a new listing. It is
managed by our two Listing Coordinators through our online transaction management system. The entire
